High-Fives and Hometown Spirit at Rosalia Battle Days!

 

I loved being out at Rosalia Battle Days with my wife Eleanor, our kids, and great volunteers. Some members of the family enjoyed the early 5K fun run and then we had a great time taking part in the parade, with flags waving overhead and the whole community lining the streets.

During the parade, I high-fived more than 100 members of the community along the route. From excited kids outside the fire station with their candy bags to families gathered throughout town; the enthusiasm was contagious. The egg toss after the parade was a great highlight and there was a lot of excitement when two of our Team Baumgartner members placed in the final 3! Thank you, Rosalia, for the warm welcome and another great Battle Days celebration!
